By booking a consultation or treatment with Glam Physician Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review these carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Booking and Appointment Confirmation
- Booking Requirement:
To secure an appointment, please complete the online booking form with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Deposit:
A deposit is required for all practitioner and doctor appointments. For consultations, a non-refundable deposit of ₦100,000 is required. Some treatments also require non-refundable deposits, which may be applied toward your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment. Deposit requirements will be clearly indicated during the booking process.
- Confirmation of Booking:
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your booking is successful. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to verify your appointment.
- Rescheduling and Modifications:
If you need to modify your booking, notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will accommodate requests as availability permits.

Cancellation Policy
- 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement:
To cancel or reschedule without penalty, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment and no-shows are non-refundable. However, the payment may be used as credit for future consultations or treatments if booked within two to six weeks, subject to availability.
- Credit Expiry:
If not used within three months from the original booking date, the credited amount will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals
- Arrival Time:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete necessary forms or assessments.
- Late Arrival Policy:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your treatment. Full service cost applies for shortened sessions due to late arrivals.

Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept cash, credit/debit card, and selected online payment methods. Payment must be completed at the end of your appointment.
- Prepayment for Certain Treatments:
Full prepayment may be required for high-demand treatments or packages, as indicated during the booking process.
- Refund Policy:
Payments for services rendered are non-refundable. Refunds are only provided if Glam Physician Clinic cancels a service.

Client Responsibilities
- Medical History Disclosure:
You must disclose relevant medical history, allergies, medications, or conditions that may affect treatment during the initial consultation.
- Following Pre- and Post-Treatment Instructions:
Follow all care instructions provided by your clinician. Failure to do so may affect results and void guarantees.
- Minors:
Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent and may require a guardian present during the appointment.

- COVID-19 Policies:
Please follow our clinic’s COVID-19 safety policies, including mask-wearing and social distancing if applicable.
- Sanitation Practices:
Glam Physician Clinic adheres to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for all.

Treatment Results and Liability
- Expected Results:
Individual results may vary due to factors such as medical history, skin type, and lifestyle. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
- Liability Waiver:
Glam Physician Clinic and its staff are not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes beyond their control. By proceeding with treatment, you assume all associated risks.

Treatment Suitability
Glam Physician Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if a doctor deems it unsuitable. If deemed unsuitable, any fees for undelivered treatments (including treatment deposits) will be refunded. Consultation fees are non-refundable. We do not compensate for additional costs, such as travel expenses.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Modifications:
Glam Physician Clinic may update these terms and conditions as necessary. Changes will be posted on our website, and clients are encouraged to review them before each appointment.
- Acceptance of Terms:
By booking and attending an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
